Due to continued growth and desire to improve current performance, we are seeking a strong Bid Analyst to join a busy facades sub-contractor to develop and implement strategic bid management and work winning processes and to grow key accounts and new business throughout the business.
This company is recognised as a leading contractor in the delivery of bespoke high end facades and glass projects. They seek to improve their overall sales and bidding process with someone with a highly detail driven approach to provide an understanding of the pricing, bidding and sales cycle to lead and improve efficiency, cost and overall contract awards and success.
The role will be predominantly based from offices in Central London, with some travel as necessary. You will work closely with the Senior leadership team and the Sales and Bid management team to develop new opportunities for profitable and sustainable growth.

Constructive Moves is working on behalf of a leading residential developer has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme over 240 units of a RC Frame residential development and therefore is looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.
For this role, you will mainly be site based in Brighton and you will be the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on site and you should be able to running you own packages of work, which you would have tendered, agreed and managed previously. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations for you agreed sub-contractor packages you will be managing. You should hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction and longer term their will be the opportunity to move on to other schemes after the completion of this 3 year project.

This leading residential developer, based in London is looking for Cuystomer Care Operative to carrying out all aspects of property maintenance, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Tiling for New Build Residential schemes.
As part of the NHBC Warranty for new home owners, the developer who builds the homes, needs to maintain and repair any issues for a initial 12 month period after the new homeowner has moved in. These faults are normally minor issues, such as cracked plaster, leaks from plumbing and general settlement of the building after the completion of building works.
As a Customer Care Operative, you will be called by the customer service team to attend customer issues at the customers home at a completed or part completed development in London. You will manage the customers expectations from your expert opinion and timescales of completing the task involved. Your background called be from any trade but ideally from a internal or plumbing background. You must be customer facing and be able to deal with all type of situations you will face when dealing with clients.
You will be provide with a van, kit and petrol card to complete your role to the highest standards the company works to.
