The company are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join this forward-thinking organisation that are ideally from a housebuilding background. The company are in a period of growth, so it is an exciting time to be joining the Commercial team as there will be plenty of development opportunities in the future.
This role requires a creative yet practical approach to building homes that are both energy efficient and cost-effective. The developments are carbon neutral bespoke schemes and surround the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire countryside.
It is key to have experience of managing your own developments from start to finish and setting out your daily workloads to ensure key deadlines are met.
