Exciting Opportunity: We're Looking for Two Technical Managers ?

A leading residential developer based in London is on the hunt for two Technical Managers to lead new schemes launching in the next two months. These projects range from 230 to 450 units, including RC Frame apartments, and feature a mix of social and private sale developments. Located in North and West London, these sites will take three years to complete.

As the lead Technical Manager, you'll be on-site working closely with a dynamic team of commercial, production, and design professionals. Your role will include managing consultant engineers for design-related issues, ensuring all agreements and certificates are in place, and overseeing the scope and quality of the build. You'll also assist the Project Manager with timely information to keep the project on track and within budget.

Ideal candidates will already be working as a Technical Manager for a residential developer or be highly experienced consultant engineers or architects who have seen residential schemes through from start to finish. With the company undergoing significant growth over the next five years, there are many opportunities for ambitious Technical Managers to further their careers.
