Job Description
A leading residential developer has an exciting new scheme in Surrey, comprising just over 100 RC Frame luxury apartments. Set to be completed within the next 12 months, this development is just at frame completion. We are seeking a Internals Manager to join the team and bring this project to completion.
For both roles, you'll report directly to the lead project manager on site, the Internals Manager must be versed from 1st Fix to completion. Essential qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid, and a CSCS card. A solid track record in the residential sector is crucial.
The project has an ambitious build programme aiming for timely completion, making it a fast-moving scheme. We need keen and driven Site Managers who are ready to be part of this dynamic team. The developer also has a robust pipeline of future developments across London, with a land bank set for years of construction.
