Job Description

Constructive Moves have been instructed to recruit for a Senior Development Manager for a London Centric developer. You will be responsible for developments from the Pre-Construction phase through to Construction stage.

As the Senior Development Manager your role will be to coordinate resources across all discipline functions as well as to appoint and manage external consultants to ensure that each development is on target for budget management and timescales for completion.

The organisation is based in East London with a national housing brand and offers the opportunity of working large scale residential schemes and regeneration projects within the London region.
