The Company
Constructive Moves have been given the opportunity to recruit for a property company that have a reputation for building high-end apartments across the London skyline and beautiful communities in the surrounding counties. With a modern and a professional approach to the market their areas of expertise include major new build projects in residential, commercial and housing association schemes.
The Role
A Construction Director is required to lead the on projects in South London and projects will consist of mixed use and traditionally built homes.
You will be given full responsibility of the Construction department to deliver the units required and to a high standard of quality with full control of recruitment for the senior management team to help drive the schemes to be delivered on time and budget.
The Individual
You must be able to demonstrate a progressive career history of leading large scale multi-million-pound residential mixed-use schemes from inception to completion. Longevity in previous roles is essential as this role will be focussed on creating construction teams that will pave the future of a successful region and build desirable and high-end residences across the capital.
You will need to have experience of managing various stakeholders and be comfortable in leading meetings with third-party clients and contractors. Furthermore, you will need to be at ease with overseeing the P&L, programming and trouble-shooting issues along the way.
The Offer
