We're excited to share that Constructive Moves is partnering with a leading residential developer to find a skilled Materials Buyer for their expanding buying team. This role involves sourcing all types of materials for a range of schemes, from RC Frame Apartments to traditional housing across London.
As a Materials Buyer, you'll mainly work with agreed terms from building suppliers. But the role also requires sourcing new materials from different suppliers. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a construction buying role, with the ability to take off from drawings, schedule materials to site, and analyse quotes to secure the best prices. Timely order placement is crucial to avoid any delays in construction programmes.
