Looking for a change in your Quantity Surveyor role?

A leading residential developer in Hertfordshire/Essex Borders is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. With a strong pipeline of new residential schemes across Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Essex, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of traditional 2, 3, and 4 bedroom flats and houses.

The team you're joining boasts an excellent work-life balance and a fun working environment, making it an attractive place to work. Ideal candidates will already have experience with another residential developer or main contractor within the residential sector. Essential skills include CVRs, valuations, variations, monthly and final accounts, along with a stable career history.
