Job Description

Constructive Moves are collaborating with a leading residential developer to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor to manage mixed tenure housing schemes across the Midlands region.

The region have multiple projects already underway and several more due to start in 2025 which has meant the requirement for extra Commercial resources for the team.

You will be responsible for the commercial management for these developments and will play an integral role in assisting with the pipeline of work and supporting the senior surveyors.

The role is offering a market comparable salary along with a benefits package that incorporates a bonus, car allowance, pension and hybrid working opportunities.
