Job Description
Constructive moves are recruiting for a national housing developer who have new developments starting across the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple developments including flagship developments that range in size, complexity and volume.
Due to the busy nature of the region, you will need to demonstrate the ability to run multiple developments at various stages of construction and mainly traditional housing and low rise, RC frame developments.
Duties will/may include:
- Optimise the profitability of the Contracts.
- Ensure that the Contracts achieve the maximum cashflow position.
- Pricing and agreeing variations with the Client's Representative.
- Prepare and manage key and large risk subcontract accounts from inception to final accounts.
- Subcontract procurement strategy and implementation.
