Exciting Opportunity: Join a Leading Residential Developer in Brighton

I'm thrilled to share that one of our key clients, a leading residential developer, has just been awarded planning permission for a significant new project. This major scheme, comprising over 240 units of an RC Frame residential development, represents a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving and expanding Commercial Team.

In this role, you will primarily be based on-site in Brighton. As the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the expertise in running your own packages of work, which you will have previously tendered, agreed, and managed. Your responsibilities will include managing valuations and variations for the sub-contractor packages under your purview. We are looking for someone with a minimum qualification of an HNC in Construction. Longer term, there will be opportunities to move onto other schemes after completing this 3-year project.
